We were able to organise a time for Ozan to come round very soon after my enquiry and he managed to troubleshoot some of the issues we had in our kitchen. Lisa was incredibly easy to communicate with and got the job booked in for the following week. Ozan was professional, friendly and did an excellent job. We would very much recommend them and will definitely be used them again for any plumbing issues in the future!

10Verified ReviewOur boiler had an error code. Oz came and tried to complete a diagnostic check but the board wasn’t working. He advised us get a new boiler due to the condition of our boiler instead of wasting money on trying to get it temporarily fixed… if that was even possible!!! He gave us amazing advise on best types of boilers and made recommendations on a company that could refit a boiler quicker than him! You can’t get better customer service than that!

Two men from Tap into Plumbers turned up on time, were very courteous and fitted the new shower and left no mess. I got to have shower today so am very happy! :)
