    Exceptional work from Tony at Target Damp. Originally booked them to add air bricks and plaster treatment when we unexpectedly encountered more damp under the floorboards. Tony explained the problem and came up with solutions. Cannot praise him enough. Work was to a high standard and very happy with the outcome.

    The Target Damp team are pros with decades of experience between them. Don't go elsewhere, these guys will get it done right! Basement renovation with full tanking system (membrane/channels/pump). Ground floor: Damp-proof, Thermo-Dry and re-plastering. All rising damp issues resolved. Stopped all possible sources of damp around the exterior of the house. Certificate issued. Structural work, rewiring, plumbing, kitchen and exterior. They can do it all! All done to a high standard.     I was so impressed by the professional approach, honesty and obvious deep knowledge of James, who came to assess our damp problem. A great communicator, he spent a long time getting to the root of the problem, high humidity and suggested we start off by getting some high performance fans, heat the room better and then assess the situation in Spring.He could easily have suggested a full damp course- and it may come to that- but he was prepared to suggest a course of treatment that may solve the situation without it. Top marks, will definitely use Target Damp for any work required.

    The whole experience was excellent. The surveyor was prompt, professional and very helpful. The quote was prompt and clearly detailed all the works to be done. Once appointed I was contacted immediately and a date for the works agreed. On the day the workmen were prompt, polite and very clean and tidy. The works were completed exactly how I was told; there was minimal intrusion and I couldn't be more please with the end result. I would not hesitate in recommending Target Damp to anyone.
