From the initial quote and throughout to completing the work, his communication was excellent, keeping me updated as to when parts where arriving and getting booked in for the work itself. Really friendly and was more than happy to answer any questions I had and to show me in detail what work had been carried out and why. 100% would recommend and will definitely use again for any plumbing work needed

Replacement of hot water cylinder

Replaced an old vented hot water cylinder with a new unvented version and related work. He seemed very fair. Couldn’t complete job initially hired for (replacement of old broken immersion heater) as old cylinder was beyond repair, but didn’t charge for this initial visit as he couldn’t complete the work initially quoted for. Good communication throughout
