  Technique came to inspect my roof due to a leak. It was obvious with the pictures taken that my roof was in a bad way. Some rotten rafters making the roof unsafe. Danny and team made arrangements with their current customer to help me out before their works finished and within 24hrs scaffold was installed at my house. They came and replaced rafters and made watertight before returning to finish the previous customers works. (I was happy with this). Returned to finish that weekend. Absolutely happy with the works and the way I was prioritised. Thank you boys and see you for the Cladding. J

• Disappointing and unreliable

  Our contact with this company started well and we were impressed when first man came to look at our roof to give us a quote. The quote was sent which we accepted. We had contact once more and since then the given approximate date has passed, no further contact has been made from them. We’ve tried emails, phone calls leaving voicemails and a written letter delivered by hand to his premises. I have even sat outside these premises at beginning and end of day waiting to see if someone turns up. No joy, although neighbouring company say men do turn up. We’ve lost our faith in this company.

• Repair to a leaking roof

  Bad winds resulted in a leaking roof. I made contact on Sunday via the online chat, got a response that day. Monday morning the team arrived to assess the damage and quote. Monday afternoon they returned to complete the repair! Who can fault that service! Professional advice provided, professional and all promises met!

• Replacing ridge tiles damaged, blown off during recent storm, plus guttering work

  Great service. Very quick phone call and visit following placement of work on Check-a-trade. Price quoted seemed consistent with expected costs and did not change. Scaffolding was needed but this was put up shortly before the work started. Work carried out in one day, friendly and professional service, We'll definitely use Technique again for some further roof works later in the year.
