He came back with a quote to fix the TV but the conclusion was that buying a new TV would be the best option in the long-run. I had considered another company who would have charged over £100 to take the unit away to assess so I’m very glad I decided to give Teletech a ring. Sorry to have not put any actual business their way but I really appreciate the service and would highly recommend to others.

10Verified ReviewPaul Findlay of Teletech Services came to our house within two hours of my contacting him through Checkatrade. He was very friendly and professional, and I could tell immediately that he was very experienced. Within a very short space of time he had our TV off the wall, the rear cover removed and had diagnosed the problem. He tried very hard to repair the Power Board with spares he had in his bag to keep the costs down, but to no avail and had to order a new board. As soon as it arrived he came straight over and fitted it. The TV had not been tuned properly from new, it is now!!

I established teletech service 30 years ago when my employer went into liquidation.
After 13 years with the company I worked my way up to become Service Manager.
I started in the business of tv and aerial repairs at 16 and completed a four year apprenticeship where I gained city and guilds qualifications.
