10Verified ReviewI was contacted by a very polite lady within an hour of emailing to make an appointment and confirmation was sent immediately. I was sent a reminder text and on the day I was also called by the engineer, Hass, to say he would be with me in 25 minutes which he was. Hass put plastic coverings on his shoes so as not to dirty my flooring and got down to work immediately on my Viessmann boiler. He was extremely polite and efficient. Just after he left, I received an email report together with photos. I would not hesitate to recommend Thames Flame as the experience was top class and painless!

10Verified ReviewI called just after hours on a Wednesday evening. Jay was polite and very helpful. Said he would pop by at 7am in the morning. Not a minute late he was there located the leak. Gave us repair options and new boiler options. Very thorough in his explanations. Two days later Bill arrived from Thames Flame and put in a new one. So neat so clean such a pleasure. I would highly recommend Thames Flame. A company you can trust.
