• Amazing bathroom - again!

  After he did an excellent job on our upstairs bathrooms, we had Rich renovate our downstairs bathroom as well. He has a real knack for making a small room feel spacious and luxurious by using alcoves and LED lighting. His workmanship is superb and he is the most reliable person I have ever met, showing up at 8am on the dot every morning and cleaning up meticulously every afternoon. I cannot stress enough what a pleasure it is working with him - he is not cheap, but he is worth every penny!

• Multiple tiled areas

  Rich was fantastic compelteing the various tiling jobs we tasked him with. We trusted him whilst we were away to tile our entire bathroom and a feature mosaic wall, level the hallway and lay Victorian tiles and complete 4x hearth tiles and and downstairs toilet wall. Rich was very knowledgable and gave advice on designs and tiles which we hadn’t thought. He was easy to communicate with and the quality of work was excellent. Rich covered all items and used his initiative re other workmen coming in to protect the work which was super helpful.

  Richard at Thames West Bathrooms has done a fabulous job, my ensuite looks wonderful. He is clearly highly skilled at what he does, he was very tidy throughout and always came back to me quickly with any questions I had. I would highly recommend using this company for any bathrooms.

• British craftsmanship still exists

  The saying “you get what you pay for” was never truer than in the case of Thames West Bathrooms. Rich is more expensive than his competition, but he also provides quality and workmanship beyond anything I have seen. When we hired him, I wondered why he got a 10 from all his customers and now I know: he takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile. You pay for it, but it's absolutely worth every penny. We now have a five-star bathroom that will last for many years.

  Richard (TWB) installed a bathroom for me, his service and expertise was exceptional. He was professional with attention to detail. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences. Providing me with guidance and suggestions to help me make informed decisions, I felt confident in his recommendations. We made a few changes to the original design, but it was done with ease. Richard provided a clear and detailed quote, with transparency and fairness in pricing, there were no hidden costs or surprises. His quote was one of the higher ones but felt that I received excellent value for the service.

• Unprofessional and inconsiderate

  Your drivers are senseless, inconsiderate and have zero patience. I wouldn’t trust a company with a pipe let alone my bathroom where drivers have no respect for road users
