    I was recommended Thanet Drainage via fb. It was wonderful to get to speak to someone straightaway and they said there and then they could sort out problem the same day. When the chap arrived he was very helpful and kind to my elderly parents and solved the problem with minimal fuss and no mess. Can’t recommend enough this great company Thankyou !

    Responded to our request on a Sunday and had someone round 24 hours later. Cleared drains and identified an issue with southern water out front. Called them and arranged the fix then came back for another flush to make sure everything was working as it should have been. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

    The crew was very punctual and did a full, thorough survey of all the drains for my terraced house using a camera. I got a full report and was advised that the kitchen gully was broken and needed replacing and I booked them to do this as well. The jobs were done well and I am satisfied with the outcome. The crew is very friendly, explained everything throughout and left everything clean and tidy. Very happy with the service and would use them again. Appointments were easy to book and costs very reasonable.

My name is Simon Beck and I am the founder of Thanet Drainage. Thanet Drainage is founded on the belief that good workmanship should not cost the earth, therefore we have a fixed fee policy one price is all you pay, customer satisfaction is key to creating the highest standard of service possible. Our values are honesty, transparency and delivering satisfaction to our customers. This means NO HIDDEN COSTS or hourly rates. 

Simon has over 30 years’ experience helping people to resolve drainage problems. The problems range from a simple blocked drain or blocked sink/toilet to replacing damaged pipe work and manholes by use of excavation, repairing collapsed drains, clearing and cleaning blocked pipe work plus carrying out insurance work. Thanet Drainage can also offer a no dig solution for some drain problems using Patch lining and or drain relining technology. All our vans carry the latest CCTV drain survey equipment.

Thanet Drainage believe in supplying a fast and friendly service and complete any given jobs within the shortest time scale possible. We have full liability insurance up to £5 million and offer an OAP/student discount.
