Ross was friendly and very polite. He set straight to work. Carpets looked like brand new when he had finished. I would recommend Ross and the company.

However, they were very apologetic and managed to fit us is the next day to complete the job, and they even did it free of charge due to the inconvenience. One very happy customer, thank you! Would definitely recommend and use again.
