    Alan arrived on time, he was tidy and knowledgable, even fixing a loose hinge and seal, the wood burner was spotless, looked as good as new, even answered my questions about the burner. I have been provided with an invoice / certificate that covers me for 12 months. I will not hesitate to use Alan again next time! Thank you!
