    The Lawn Technician - aka Errol Louis - is by far the worst tradesperson my wife and I have ever dealt with. Throughout our dealings with him he was negative, difficult and, ultimately, rude - in our final conversation with Errol, he swore at us and hung up the phone. We asked Errol to do a simple job in our back garden - he convinced us to make it bigger and then overcomplicated the job to the point it caused my wife and I great stress and anxiety, leading to the conversation that ended with his unacceptable behaviour.
