    Gary was prompt responding to my message through checkatrade and agreed to come repair the Ultion lock at a time that worked for me, arrived promptly and did an excellent job. Even colour matched the lock cylinder to brass handle which I didn’t even notice ! And he is reasonably priced and advised of cost up front. Highly recommend him
