  We’ve got nothing but positive things to say about Jamie and Chaz! Jamie visited and quoted for the space, and made recommendations on the flooring etc. We were able to book him in quickly for the job, and he and chaz arrived exactly when they said they would. They worked really efficiently and considerately, and the job was done to a really high standard. They cleared away perfectly and were careful with our belongings. Quote ended up being revised down as a stage of work wasn’t required. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you&

• Pine floorboard sand, dark stain and varnish

  After being let down by another flooring company on checkatrade and being left with a floor that looked like a patchwork zebra, I was a little nervous at trying again to achieve a dark stain on my awkward pine floor. Jamie arrived and took the time to try lots of samples on our floorboards, explaining different application techniques and types of stain for getting the most even coverage across the grain. We settled on an oil stain and matt varnish and he completed the work in 3 days as scheduled with zero mess or fuss. It looks absolutely gorgeous and we're so pleased with the finished result

• Levelled uneven floor, fitted new laminate flooring and fitted skirting boards

  Jamie and his team were excellent from start to finish. Was able to level a very uneven ground floor in an old Victorian house and then fitted a new laminate flooring and came back to add skirting boards. Was very clear in discussing options and easy to have working in the house. Work completed to a very high standard, very happy with final result and will definitely use again in the future.

• Fitting of new herringbone laminate flooring

  Jamie has completely transformed the downstairs of our house, removing old laminate / tiled flooring from our lounge, kitchen and toilet, and replacing it with herringbone laminate and new skirting boards. We used Jamie at our old property too and couldn’t recommend him more. He’s done an excellent job for us again at a fair price, and always leaves the space clean and tidy once he’s finished.

  We have used Jamie before and he is just brilliant!! It’s always nice to find a tradesman you can trust and rely on and Jamie is just that. He is always polite, on time and kept us up to date with progress throughout the job. He’s clearly very talented and we’re really happy with the finished job - new floor looks great! Would highly recommend.
