  It’s simply not often that you get this excellent level of service. Phil is 110% professional, courteous, totally knowledgeable and he is prepared to go the extra mile. His advice, guidance and fixing the problem at root cause was so much better than the large corporate pest companies. Phil wanted to permanently fix the issue and not implement workarounds. I consider myself lucky to have had him round to sort a problem that I have had for years. Brilliant Phil. All the best, Chris

• Birds/squirrel in roof

  I rang Phil at 8am after hearing scuttling and scratching in my loft, he turned up to have a look for me at 10:30am. A lovely guy who took his shoes off when entering my home and was friendly and honest. He went into the loft and found the issue, he advised what we could do to prevent this happening and was really thorough. Would highly recommend Phil the pest controller .

• Squirrel Stress

  I've got a squirrel issue and was looking online for help. Phil's link stood out for 'doing what it says on the tin'. It was very simple to contact him; he's both local and independent. I can only describe Phil as 'proper old-school'. He's SO knowledgeable, professional and HONEST. I don't leave many reviews. I'm mostly disappointed with tradesmen (that's an understatement) but Phil's one of the good guys. I recommend him 100% for any sort of infestation problem.

  Fantastic service. Contacted late the day before and Phil came out to check today. He inspected the premises and gave clear advice. He confirmed that what we'd already done would suffice but would come back out if needed. He did not charge for the visit- which is amazing in this day and age. Amazing, honest, reliable service. Thank you.
