We are a family run business which we started in 2009 with the view that the Service, Quality and the Customers’ Experience of a window cleaning service should be a pleasurable one.
Communication is one of the key factors we excel in, ensuring our customers always know in advance when we are coming, with no hidden surprises.
Not being a one-man operator gives the assurance and guarantee that we never miss your window clean, whatever the circumstances.
With the emphasis on quality and customer care, The Window Cleaning Company provides an outstanding reliable service, day after day, whatever the weather.
We use pure deionised water, fed via telescopic poles and we reach windows, particularly behind conservatories. Included as part of your wash every time is the window frame and the sill as we consider that a window is not just the glass.
The end result? - Bright, smear free glass.
Using our telescopic poles means that ladders are rarely used, if ever, which means total privacy for the home owner and no damage to the garden, flowers, wall tiles or window frames.
Our Service
All our customers are notified in advance of their wash date in writing, and confirmed 24 hours in advance by text, if required. Whatever the size of your property, be it one bed to mansion, domestic house or commercial premises, we can cater our service for you. It’s easy to spot our liveried wash vans, which means everyone knows who we are and what we are doing. As every property is different, we provide free, no obligation, written quotations.
