Crown reduction on numerous trees and informative pruning of fruit trees

This is the second time we have used Titchfield Tree Services. We originally chose them because they are trained arborists and are professional members of the Arboricultural Association. We needed to be sure that the numerous large ash trees in our garden were sympathetically crown reduced and to check for Chalara (ash dieback) Matt and his team were very professional at all times. The guys worked hard all day. We were very impressed that they mainly used handsaws and pruners, only using a small chainsaw when absolutely necessary. Very tidy, polite and considerate. Highly recommended ??

Poor communication

Having had Matt recommended to us I tried to contact him on office number, mobile , message , voice mail , e-mail and online website form with no response , although he did answer my call immediately when rang through checkatrade. Apologised and arranged visit , arrived on time and advice and price was given and advised e-mail would be sent over to confirm options and prices. Was happy to wait for e-mail and confirm start date from there. 10 days later no e- mail received , message unanswered and not answering the phones again , have decided to write this review and go else where .

Titchfield Tree Services were brilliant, in every way, in completing this work. Attention to detail, polite and extremely hard working and professional. They ran all the council TPO checks for us. All trees and works completed in one day and they left the garden very very tidy. We are most impressed. We would always recommend them and aim to use them again in the future.

Large garden, multiple tree and hedge clearance

Matt and his team were incredibly fast working, cutting another quote received for a 2 day job, into a single day's work. With overgrown Leylandi, Oaks and Elders it was no mean feat, requiring several men on harnesses working with a ground crew to cut, log and chip the waste. The property was spotless when they had finished, using their impressive array of equipment to deal with everything on-site. Very professional, very safe, very productive. Very good value. Titchfield Tree Services, is a friendly professional team of experienced tree surgeons qualified to carry out all aspects of tree work with over 10 years of experience.

The team are qualified in various arboricultural tasks with many City and Guilds NPTC certificates. The Company is divided into two teams the first dealing with domestic work, and the second dealing with commercial and council work. We regularly do work for Hampshire County Council, bSkyb, Havant Borough Council, Eastleigh Borough Council, the Environment Agency and Fareham Borough council and have a good rapport with all of these authorities.

We offer and like to give very competitive rates and we are licensed to remove all waste from the work site. We are based in Fareham and are able to travel within all wards of Hampshire and Southern England.

Much of our valued clientèle comes from word of mouth as our many satisfied customers tell others and we happily welcome back first time clients as repeat customers.
