    Really disappointed. Needed to come back for a second visit due to extra materials being needed (reasonable). Confirmed by the company materials ready. On the day of follow up job, the handyman reported he had not bought all the material needed and needed to go to a shop to purchase this. They charge by the hour and he reported I would have to pay for the time he was away purchasing the materials. He suggested calling head office, I allowed him to speak to his boss and 2 minutes later he left. I had taken time off work. Simply reporting facts..anyone reading this can make their own judgement
