After a standard annual gas safety cert failed, Louis researched, supplied, and fitted a brand new boiler in a rental property within 48hrs. Quality of work, communication, tidiness great as always .. will continue to use them and highllllllly recommend !

Hot water again and very reliable - no need to take bets on whether the hot water would come through or not.
