    We are so pleased with our floors - we had a substantial part of our living area sanded and finished - Luke was responsive and courteous in his communication, completed the job in the timeline agreed, was tidy and professional and the floors look better than they did when they were originally laid 12 years ago. A really great experience, would highly recommend.

    My wooden floor was damaged during furniture delivery. Luke came out to inspect it and unfortunately was not able to repair due to depth of damage and age of the floor, colour change etc. He gave me other options and I will follow up. 10 out of 10 for honesty and knowledge - also a very friendly guy! Highly recommended.

Topnotch Floors was started in 2004 by Luke Eloi. Since then we’ve fitted hundreds of beautiful wooden floors across Berkshire and surrounding counties.

We believe that developing a good working relationship with our clients is essential in order to achieve the best possible results for them. This along with our attention to detail, from preparation through to finishing, has helped us earn an outstanding reputation. Much of our work now comes from friends and family of previous clients as well as repeat business.

Luke is a fully qualified carpenter joiner and have been working with wood for over 20 years now. We're an independent wooden flooring company with a wealth of experience in supplying, installing and refurbishing wooden floors, consistently achieving stunning results. 

We pride ourselves on providing a professional, friendly and reliable service. We've invested in the industries best professional floor sanding equipment available, which helps us achieve amazing results. Covering all aspects of wood flooring new skirting boards, floor levelling, wood on stairs, staining oiling etc....
