    Having received three quotes I went for Ian as his was the best value for money by far. I was nervous to have the works done as this is my first time using contractors, but I didn’t need to be. Ian and his team were very courteous, easily contactable and quick off the mark. In particular, the carpenter Russell was really lovely and did an amazing job with the timber work. The works finished a lot quicker than expected and got signed off by the council building control with no issues. I’d highly recommend using Ian and his team for any house improvement job.

    I arranged to meet a representative of Total Home Solutions at the site at 4.30 p.M., on Monday 12th February. I left after 20 Minutes because nobody turned up. There was no message until sometime after I returned home. The representative of Total Home Solutions gave a garbled reason for not attending and we rearranged for 4.30 today. Again I left after waiting 20 minutes in the cold. What a waste of time. As a result will not recommend to anyone.

    Have recently had work carried out by this company and would highly recommend. Work carried out to an excellent standard. Everyone that came into the house was friendly, courteous and respectful. Nothing was to much trouble, they were happy to discuss all requirements and carry out what was asked of them. I will certainly be using them again for any future projects. So, so happy with end results. Excellent.

Hi my name is Ian Foster and I am the M.D of Total Home Solution LTD.

I have been in the loft converting business since 1995. Upon leaving school I worked in construction in London for a large company. I then decided that I wanted to set up my own business using the knowledge, innovations and skills I had gained.

Total Home Solutions was started in 2010, my goal was to be different, a company that knows how important it is to make each and every conversion personal to that customer and in order to create their vision, listening and having their input is a top priority. 

I have a great team who have the same high standards of workmanship that I do, which is so important in keeping Total Home Solutions a truly great company.
