    Although we had to wait a few months for the work to be carried out the quality is very good. The two window fitters were professional, polite, tidy and completed the job in about three to four hours. Very competitive price and that included a very good paint finish whereas another company were more expensive and only quoted for an undercoat finish. Very happy.

    Very pleased with the recent installation of 9 casement dash windows. I’m so pleased I’ve decided to get another 10 done. The Woodcraft windows team worked quietly, tidily and we’re very polite. Incredibly tidy too. Would recommend this company and their team all day long. Pre installation process also very good (quotation, instalment process) so thanks to the teams there also.

    Excellent throughout, from first contact through to completion. The windows themselves (wooden, sash) of high quality, including one of stained glass. Actual replacement not an easy job in places but fitters did well, working all hours to ensure everything completed on time and to a high standard - far less damage to decoration etc. Around the windows than feared; some inventive carpentry and effective re plastering dealt with most of that. Highly recommended.

    I had my front door replaced by them in Spring 2020 and was so pleased with it that I had them back to replace the windows on my top floor this year (2023). This is a very professional company with high standards of workmanship.     They couldn't get one of the windows up the stairs, wouldn't use safety equipment and used ladders and brute force - this knocked some tiles off the dormer, exposing the room to the elements costing me nearly £2000. Shoddy making good - ruined decor, badly smeared decorators caulk and the filling is terrible. The windows are too deep for the space but in their promotional materials all the windows look like originals with normal depth architrave. Small bathroom window protudes 3" into the room - can't hide with curtains like in the bedrooms. This was 6 weeks ago; now cancelled 2 appointments to fix
