    We have our kitchen renovated, Usman was very prompt in responding to our offer and turned up quickly. The work we needed done was to remove the radiator, replace existing gas pipe and make it safe for getting tiled over. He turned up and the work was done in what seemed like minutes. Very friendly and professional. 10 starts!

    A realistic quote was given for a repair of an old outside dripping tap and was advised that a replacement was more cost effective in the long term. Costing was texted and ETA for the work scheduled in for that evening. Plumber notified me that he was in the area and turned up the same morning. He installed a new outside tap quickly and competently. Very pleased with service, speed and professionalism. Thank you

    Please don't tell anyone how good UA Gas Service are, I don't want to have to queue! I've been using UA for a number of years and they are absolutely my go-to for boiler, gas and plumbing issues - knowledgeable, friendly and reliable, available 24 hours a day, no problem too big or too small and always ready to go the extra mile.

    We were guided with professional assessment, workmanship in a timely manner. We knew when the replacement boiler would be delivered and it was commissioned the next day. It was a very satisfying and stress-free experience and affirmed the trust we placed. They went beyond their normal scope of work and sourced a couple of items to complete the work on the day they had promised. I will gladly engage them for any future work as they are gas safety certified and their experience shows through their work.
