Re connect aerial point in upstairs (loft)bedroom
Excellent work. An initial inspection showed that the previous installer had not set the aerial in the correct direction. A check of the aerial also revealed that the previous installer had broken one connection on the aerial and made a botch repair. Mr Booth adjusted my aerial with the result that I no longer needed a signal booster, repaired the previous botched effort and re-connected the aerial to the point on the bedroom wall all for a very modest cash sum and within the space of an hour.

Very prompt, efficient and over all pleased and would recommend. Not sure on cost as did not shop around but seemed ok.

Replaced corroded aerial
Excellent. Certainly one of the best tradesmen I have had dealings with. Very polite, knowledgeable and thoroughly reliable. You would be hard pressed I find anyone better. Cost extremely reasonable.

Installing three TV points and connecting them up to the aerial
John is an excellent person to have working in your house. He is very friendly and knowledgable and can help to clarify what it is you want if you are unsure. He is genuinely interested in providing an individualised and efficient service. All work was completed with no mess left and the cost was very reasonable. He really likes his job and it shows.

Tidy / move cables both in and outside.
John moved / replaced a multitude on cables running down the front of house to the side of house. So much neater. Also found we had a lot of inside cables that were duplicated so removed some and cable tied the others. A really professional job.

Installation of Free Sat and Free View aerial systems
John Booth really knows his stuff, took his time to find out what we wanted and made sensible suggestions. Not cheap - but an excellent professional job: good quality components and careful, tidy workmanship. The original installation was a while back, and John and Steve returned recently after some other building works were completed to finish it off. So I can confirm perfect reception over all weathers over 7 months. I felt comfortable with this company working in and around my home. If you want a cheap, quick, and messy bodge go elsewhere. If you want a professional, careful and thorough job do consider UFO Aerials.

Re-positioned tv aerial.
Mr. Booth explained, and demonstrated, why our tv reception was poor on occasions and offered several variously priced solutions. He was courteous, efficient and extremely helpful.

Replacement ariel on roof.
Reliable courteous, efficient. Even helped me out with advice on and after electrical problem. I was I was pleased at no extra cost - would highly recommend to anyone - even explained about digital switchover. I would recommend this company.

Replaced and repositioned Sky Dish.
Highly recommend this firm. After months of losing my Sky channels every time it rained and getting very little help from other advisers, John was able to tell me what the problem was and did the work needed. Since the work has been done my signal has improved and even in a torrential downpour I did not lose a single channel. The job was carried out to a high standard and the charge was very reasonable. I would definitely use this firm again if I had any aerial problems and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Advice on TV reception and aerial
John was very professional and explained why we were experiencing difficulties with reception. The problem had been corrected by retuning and John did not charge for his advice. Very honest and courteous.
