• Ground Floor Extension - Final Review

  Our lovely extension is now finished, and we are so thrilled with it. Chris has a great team working for him, and they have done a superb job. This has been a challenging project, and there have been numerous rain delays, but all the chaps working so hard here have remained cheerful throughout. Above all, they have been so helpful and considerate. Many thanks to all concerned.

• Bungalow Extension

  We are currently at plate height with the next phase coming up of our bungalow extension. Chris and his team have worked great through the whole process. Right at the start, Chris’s proactive no nonsense approach guided the project and his team has executed it very efficiently. Chris worked with us to make sure that what was on plan worked practically for us and was always on hand to discuss the process and any issues that would come up during the build with budget in mind. I highly recommend them.

• Rear Extension - Nearly There!

  Almost there now, and before we send in our final review, we thought we’d just squeeze in an extra little one to say that the excellent work here continues apace. Mark had a very challenging task with our vaulted ceiling and did it so beautifully, and Rich has just done a great job fitting the utility room. It is all looking extremely good!

• Full bungalow renovation.

  We are in the process of carrying out a full renovation including moving internal walls, front door and windows, a new kitchen, bathrooms, ceiling and floors. Chris has been easy to communicate with, supportive and proactive from the start. He worked with us to discuss options. We have found him approachable and he is always available to meet or talk over the phone. The work is going well and is on schedule. Any unforeseen issues arising in the demolition stage have been explained and discussed and solutions quickly and cost effectively found. Chris and his team are an asset to any project.

• Rear Extension - Phase 4

  The roof has now been built by Darren and his team, Ryan and Brandon, who have worked extremely hard and done an excellent job. The tiling is set to start next week, and it shouldn’t be long now until the extension is finished. Hopefully it will continue to progress well, and a final glowing review will be on the cards! Watch this space …….

• Ground Floor Extension - Phase 3

  We have given Chris and his team quite a challenge where our extension is concerned because of various complex issues, and adverse weather conditions haven’t helped. Nevertheless, Ash and Jay have always remained very cheerful and considerate towards us. They are excellent workers. The walls are now built up to wall plate height, the steels are in place and work is about to be begin on the roof, which is an unusual design. Chris has carefully explained how they are going to tackle it – exciting times!
