  Complete renovation of our old ensuite bathroom, including repositioning of stud wall. Richard and his team were very professional, tidy and work was of a very high standard. Any snags which were minimal, were very quickly resolved. Cannot fault the service. Would recommend and will use Ultimate Heating and Plumbing again.

  I cannot fault Richard and his team. I was kept fully informed about what was happening and when, the work was completed to a high standard, with great attention to detail, and ahead of schedule. The components are of a high quality. Nothing was too much trouble, Richard was always at the end of the phone-I was never made to feel I was being a nuisance-and I would highly recommend Unique Plumbing.

• Replacing mastic sealing

  Unique were first rate. Professional, polite, friendly, helpful and excellent workmanship. I couldn’t fault them. All three on the team were a pleasure to deal with and a credit to their company. Mastic sealing around bath, three sinks, window sill and shower needed replacement. I was given very helpful advice as to colour that would best match and I am delighted with the result.   We had a bathroom, en suite and cloakroom refitted in June/July. Richard talked us through the project and gave us good advice on products and colour schemes. The project kept to time and Richard's project management was second to none. All trades (plumbers, electricians, plasterer, tilers and decorator) were skilled, cheerful and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend Unique Plumbing and Heating and would happily use them again.

• Emergency work radiator fell off wall

  I’ve left a previous review for Unique 10/10 for bathroom refit. Contacted unique about radiator falling off wall, immediate response to make appointment as seen as urgent. Dan the plumber just left work done, and not only that before leaving showed me how to work central heating system (only moved here in June) Awesome service so appreciated.
