• Kitchen refurbishment

  This is the second time I work with Gezim and team. Once again we are very happy with the results and partnership. Gezim and team fully refurbished our kitchen (they did the bathroom and plastering before). They removed and installed all new cupboards, retiled, installed all appliances, changed all electrics, installed a new island in the kitchen, fixed our separate cupboards with bespoke mdf. Gezim is extremely responsive. Has never taken him more than a couple of hours to reply. He understands urgencies and is very flexible to attend our schedule. I strongly recommend Gezim and team.

• Great quality work

  Gezim and his team came through a family recommendation and I’m so pleased I went with them. I asked them to remove a shower room, replace tiling, repair a damp wall, install shelving and cabinets and paint a double reception and hallway. Gezim was super quick in his responses, clear and prompt with quotes and invoices. The team were very hard working and efficient whilst never compromising on standard. They were all very polite and personable and went above and beyond, I’m very happy with the results. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

• New Bathroom fitting

  Gezim and his team did a great job giving us a completely new bathroom. The job was done on budget and was finished early. Everyone who came was polite and great and what they did. Gezim kept us informed of what was going on each day and offered suggestions if we needed advice. Would definitely recommened.

• Paving modifications

  We needed to have some shallow steps converted into a slope to enable my husband to use his wheelchair - despite the horrendous weather, Gezim and his team prioritised the work so it cound be done as quickly and efficiently as possible. They carefully lifted and reused the existing paving so we did not need to pay for many additional materials. An excellent job as always

• Replastering, redecorating and carpetting

  I recommend Universal Plasterers and will definitely go to them if I ever need work in future. I know I can rely on them to do the work to a very high standard, with care and consideration and on schedule. Gezim always responded promptly from first enquiry to the last day. He gave very clear costed quotations and everything was done on time and to quotation. He gave good advice, suggesting insulating 2 external walls and a ceiling since they were being replastered anyway, giving me the difference in cost but left me to decide without pressure either way. Very happy, stress-free service.

• Refurbishment of hallway

  Gezim and the team made an excellent job of refurbishing our kitchen, so we engaged them to carry out extensive works on our hallway, including stripping old wallpaper and loose paint, replastering defective plasterwork, fitting new doors to all the rooms, fitting new skirting boards, and redecorating throughout. All of the work was carried out to a high standard, with close attention to detail, and the flat was left clean and tidy after each day's work. We would recommend them without hesitation.
