0Verified ReviewThey visited my property on 20/02/24 for the annual boiler service, their service was very disturbing and disappointing. During the service, they requested a container to drain out water from the boiler and a footstool, which I found unusual. I have never had this experience before with any previous boiler services. When asking for the invoice and service report, the technician informed me that he would do them when reaching his office. However, after nine hours, he did not contact me. I sent another text message, which was unanswered. I gave him another 12 hours to respond.Im not finished yet
