  Valley Paving have done a wonderful job renovating our patio. They were hard working, courteous and friendly and were always happy to accommodate our changing ideas. They always turned up on time and tidied up every evening. They have done an A1 job at a very fair price. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

  Fabulous job, having been let down by a previous tradesman we were a little nervous. Jason not only accepted the job but gave us tips on a better way of doing it. Guys were lovely, polite and a joy to have around. They worked so hard during very hot and difficult conditions. They also tidied up better than any other I know. We are so happy and impressed. Love their tea and in hot weather ice lollies went down a treat as well. Thanks Jason and your team

• Relaying patio terrace and rendering face of terrace

  Although courteous and punctual the work carried out proved to be terrible. Within a year the relaid paving slabs were not level and the grouting was crumbling, loose and coming out. Pools of water formed after rain which did not happen before. After complaining about the workmanship they agree it was poor and the grouting was redone but no slabs relaid. Within months the grout again crumbled as before. I also had to call them again to rectify the rendering to the face of the terrace that cracked within a year of application. Two attempts to complete this job and it is very unsatisfactory.

  Found Valley Paving in our local free paper, Jason was very prompt in responding and arranged a meeting to suit us both to discuss what we were aiming for. A formal quote duly arrived nicely set out. Jason informed us due to being busy with other work there would be a wait. Lee, Ben(?) and Jason arrived on agreed day. They were all very friendly, when we had a problem they solved it quickly, nothing was an issue. Tidy, helpful, yes the budget changed so did our requirements. We are very pleased and so are others that have passed by. Thank you Jason and team. Plants to be bought !!

• 7 houses share an unmade track. The track was full of potholes, valley paving made it good

  The top was scraped flat and the holes were filled with MOT type 1, whacked down so that it is a more comfortable drive when going over it
