    From start to finish, I cannot fault the whole experience with Vantage Windows. Ernie made the process a breeze... after seeing the property, I had received a detailed quotation the same day..... with a competitive price. Visiting the showroom, I was made welcome, and could clear up any questions I had. On the day of the installation, the fitters arrived on time, and you could tell that they took pride in their work. The finish result was of a very high quality, and transformed the look of my property. Before leaving, all waste materials were taken away, and my property cleaned. 10/10

    Very pleased with the whole process from quoting to fitting of new windows. Vantage Windows were very helpful during the quoting process, provided good advice and a competitive price. Notably they were the only company that issued a quote with a full breakdown of everything being supplied. The fitters were extremely friendly and hard working all day, always happy to answer any questions and essentially working non-stop until the job was done. Good install and minimal mess leftover.

    Ernie was very knowledgeable and gave great advice throughout the process. He was also very quick to reply to any queries and answered all my concerns. On the day of the installation, all the work was done in one day, and all the mess was cleaned up completely and the old windows were taken away. The new windows have made a huge difference in terms of sound proofing and keeping the heat in. I'm very happy with the way it all worked out.

    Vantage are a breath of fresh air in terms of customer service. I contacted them on a Sunday morning when they were closed, and the owner Ernie contacted me with 3 hours, set up an initial visit on the Tuesday morning and I had a detailed written quote about 3 hours later. They don't want to accept a quote without seeing the quality products in their showroom and there is no hard sell. Having decided to go ahead, the surveyor came out to remeasure and I had an installation date set up, with a reminder e.Mail a week beforehand and a call from one of the fitters the night before. Great service.

    We went to Vantage after reading their hundreds of amazing reviews online. Several people we know have also use them in the past and had nothing but great things to say about the company. They certainly lived up to their reputation. Amazing service, amazing product and their fitter John was fantastic. He left our house spotlessly clean and he couldn’t have been more helpful or professional. It is clear to see why this company have won so many awards. We would highly recommend.

Here is the simple 3 step service process we give all of our customers:

 

 


  1. An initial visit is arranged to carry out a survey to gather the information we need to put a quote together for you. This normally takes around 15 minutes.
  2. Within 24 hours of the visit you will then be emailed a detailed quotation with an invitation to visit the Bellshill showroom and view the high quality products we offer.
  3. If you would like to proceed you will be provided with an installation date that suits you.

 

We can't be any fairer with our customers.

 

We like to ensure we are using the best quality of products on the market, this means choosing our suppliers carefully and becoming approved and accredited where appropriate.

 

We are Rock Door Trusted Installers and all of our composite doors are supplied by ROCK.

We are members of VEKA's Independent Network and use VEKA products for the majority of our installations.

Our Sash and Case windows come from Victoria Sliders who specialise in ECO Slide UPVC sliding sash windows.
