  David is brilliant and conscientious. I’ve recommended him to several family members who also rate him very highly. He completed the work to a great standard and made several visits till he was certain that he’d fixed the leak. Really nice guy and great at his job.

  David was responsive and polite from the start to the end of the job. It was quite a complex issue to resolve - current guttering set up (100 year old terrace) with 3 houses sharing 1 down pipe and drain. Heavy rain we now experience meant our gutters always overflow down front of house. He was calm / logical and handled all parties to find a workable solution.

  I cannot recommend David and Veritas highly enough. It is not an exaggeration to say that they are the best tradesperson/company we have worked with. David gives excellent, pragmatic advice, always focusing on minimal intervention first. He clearly enjoys the problem-solving of chasing down persistent, tricky leaks (we had 5 before he came, some created by a former roofer). He solved them all, and we are leak free for the first time in 5 years. He is also able to work in lead, lime mortar/render, and cast iron guttering, almost unheard of where we are. Everything done with a smile. A+++++++.
