We are a small, independent, local family business that believes in the benefits of quality soft water. We want to help improve your family’s health and lifestyle too. 

With 25 years experience in the water industry, we, Matt and Lindsey Vickery, pride ourselves on the quality of our work and products, our honest approach to customer service and offering every customer that ‘personal’ touch.

Based in Hampshire, UK

We are based in Fareham and cover the whole of South Hampshire, from the New Forest to Southampton to Portsmouth.


All homes across the south of England suffer from hard water. Over years, chalk and limescale build up in water pipes and appliances, so much so they can stop working. More than this, drinking hard water is shown to be bad for the body. We wanted the best for our children and so invested in a water softener. Now we provide water softener installation services to families and businesses across Hampshire so they too can enjoy the benefits.
