  I can highly recommend this family business. Pat and his son Brad replaced slippery wood sleepers with a brick path and repointed a large area of garden paving. They were friendly, accommodating, using good quality materials and their work was meticulous. We were so pleased with the results.

• Small ground floor extension

• Repairing a farm style gate

  The centre post of my farm-style gate was snapped at its base so neither the vehicle nor side gates would close. The post remains were set in concrete and extremely difficult to extract but no effort was spared to get it all out. This could have been half done and easily hidden. The gates were not only well repaired but swung much more smoothly than before. Only when I mentioned this did Pat tell me that he had rebalanced them on his own initiative. The side posts were undamaged so this task could have been left - a typical example of Pat's 'above and beyond' mindset. Good price, great value.

• Wall and floor Tiling / Garden Fencing

  We have used Vincent Building Contractors on several occasions. A family business that really care. Pat and the team are so helpful and offer a great service. We run a small hospitality business and have most recently used them to tile the floor of our orangery, and the wall behind our bar - as well as a little painting - and fence the garden area. We are very happy with the quality of the work, the knowledge of team and the aftercare service they provide. We will have future projects to develop our business which we will be contacting Vincent Building Contractors to undertake.

• Repairing damaged roof

  My roof was damaged in a storm but Pat reacted very fast and it was quickly repaired to a very high standard and at a very reasonable price. He clearly explained exactly what needed to be done beforehand and this gave me great confidence that I wasn’t being misled about what needed to be done. All round, it was exceedingly good value and I have no hesitation in recommending his work.
