  Having used Wayne over the years for smaller projects at different properties we were confident he would do a fantastic job and he didn’t disappoint!! From putting us in contact with the architect at the start to making sure we were happy with the finished result we couldn’t fault him. The teams that worked with him were friendly, reliable and great at each of their specialisms. In all the work took place over a couple of months and finished ahead of the deadline we’d agreed and at the price we’d agreed. Couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend to others and work with Wayne again.

  The Team were excellent, delivered an outstanding build on schedule (16 weeks). The team were on site every day early, and carried out an exceptional job. They were very approachable to changes, and made suggestions themselves for improving the final build. As the build developed and we requested additional work, they were happy to accommodate this. The workmanship and customer care was first class and they clearly take a great deal of pride in what they do. We now have a transformed house which we are delighted with. Thank you Wayne and team

  Wayne is a superb tradesman. From quotation to completion his service was exemplary. Communication was consistent. He and all his team arrived when promised, worked tirelessly and left the place tidy. I've recommended him to neighbours who have asked after the work he performed. I would have no hesitation in hiring him again. Best builder I have dealt with by far.

  Wayne and team worked tirelessly from begining to end. We were kept informed from the very beginning. He, Alex and the team were always professional, polite and extremely tidy. Throughout the renovations we were kept informed of progress and timescales. Wayne and team carried out a variety of tasks: conservatory removel, digging footings, fitting new windows and doors, laying new floors, building custom built cupboards, fitting a new kitchen and bathroom, plumbing, electrical fitting, platering, organising for building control to review the work and so much more! I would 100% recommend Wayne.
