    The job was set up quickly and the workers arrived on time. They were tidy, polite and worked efficiently. The job was finished on time, in spite of a delay caused by a supplier sending a wrong part that had to be replaced. We are pleased with the final result and confident that any follow-up required will be properly sorted out.

    Over £7500 for a bathroom which isn't fit for purpose. The water pump for the shower has been fitted incorrectly, not in accordance with manufacturer guidelines or plumbing regulations and keeps faulting. Plastic trims on the windows and doors not siliconed/filled properly and a gap in the ceiling between the uPVC panel and the trim. It wasn't explained that my traditional hot water system might not be compatible with the thermostatic shower I wanted so need to go to the expense of having a combi boiler fitted. I thought this would be explained given they are "professional and experienced".

Welcome to W.S. Plastics Ltd a family run business established in 2003 by Wayne and Mary-Ann Smith specialising in bathroom and kitchen design and installation. 


The business operates from a large bathroom and kitchen showroom in Redcar, East Cleveland. We have on display a wide range of products such as shower enclosures, baths, basins, WCs, taps, towel rails, plastic panelling and ceiling cladding, tiling and mirrors in the bathroom showroom and a good range of wall and base units, worktops, handles, appliances and finishes in our kitchen showroom. When you visit us, one of our experienced and helpful members of staff will be available to discuss all of your requirements. 


We create bathrooms to suit all domestic requirements, from converting cloakrooms into toilets, and catering to people with disabilities or special bathroom needs. Even if you just fancy a brand new stylish bathroom refurbishment, all of our products and workmanship are to the highest quality. We also work closely with kitchen suppliers to design and fit the right kitchen for you.


We offer a superb package from start to finish with 2 teams of fully trained bathroom and kitchen fitters, 3 members. This includes the initial discussion, planning and design, electrics, plumbing, lighting and flooring. We can source a wide range of bathroom and kitchen products to suit your personal requirements. We supply good quality products such as Bristan, Twyfords, Britton, Pure, Burlington, Lecico, Grohe, Roca, RAK and many more all at competitive prices from our showrrom and through our website.


Our quick and efficient quotation service is available to our customers, allowing us to design their new bathroom or kitchen tailored entirely to them. With a wide range of brochures and samples to help it's never been easier to create your dream kitchen or bathroom. Brochures are available to view online via our suppliers' websites.
