  • Replacing lock of UPVC back door

    Our excellent Rottingdean Handy Hardware shop recommended John Paul when I managed to break the back door lock. Although clearly very busy John Paul was nevertheless able to give us a slot for the following day. He arrived when he said he would, he explained what needed to be done and he also assured me that I was not the first to have broken a lock in such a way! Soon I had a new lock and a new set of keys. I will try not to break another lock but I now know whom I would phone immediately! Excellent service -thank you.

    JP communicated really well prior to our appointment, arriving promptly and came across as a very reliable and genuine tradesman. JP was very informative and changed our locks very efficiently explaining what he was doing and what he was assessing as he went.
