He repaired water damage on the ceiling, fitting new beading around the bath, replacing mastic, which I hadn’t thought of and looks great. He fitted some tiles and created skirting to fit around an awkward space…all in all, uplifted a number of very tired areas to tip top smart!!! As usual I am delighted!
