• Mains pressure hot water system

  We've used Wentworth & Jeffries several times before. I called Nick to discuss a mains pressure system because we had very poor water pressure in the house and all kind of shower pumps etc. He recommended a pressurised system and the price was reasonable. The guys were really professional, fitted the whole thing in two days and left no mess. The system is very good - great water pressure in the showers and all taps. I highly recommend Wentworth & Jeffries and will certainly use them in future.

• Leaking stop tap

  After contacting various plumbers for quotes, I could tell Wentworth and Jeffries was the one for the job. My call was answered quickly, politely and professionally giving me the confidence I needed. The job was carried out the next day, with great telephone communication throughout. • Toilet leeking

  We had Nick come and fix our toilet. Very nice man to talk to can't fault his workmanship see what was needed doing and changed items also spotted a flexible pipe was badly corroded so that was changed. Would recommend to anyone

• Outside tap fixed but other problem caused as a result

  Wentworth and Jeffries came out to fix an outside tap for me in August 2022. The plumbing for the tap comes into the house in a contained space by the washing machine which had to be moved in order to fix the tap. The tap was fixed, but the pipe out of my washing machine was dislodged in the process. This flooded my utility room and kitchen during a wash. As a result and over time, this has rotted the skirting board away and caused salt to come out of the plaster. Area will need treating, new skirting and decorating, When contacted, they advised their insurance policy did not cover this

• Kitchen tap replacement

  This was not an emergency or a very big job in the scheme of things but it was still done very promptly and efficiently and at a very reasonable price. I would certainly use Wentworth and Jeffries again and recommend them.

• Continuous water running in the cold water tank in the loft

  Contacted Nick White and, as usual, a superb service. He came out within an hour of picking up my text and replaced the ballcock in the tank despite the heat in the attic and problems actually accessing the tank in the loft. Wentworth and Jeffries are pleasant and reliable and have solved every problem we have called them out for over the years.
