10Verified ReviewThe work was carried out well but unfortunately a workman put his foot through a bedroom ceiling below. WMB have agreed to repair this damage. After a violent storm a slight rain leak was noticed where the flat roof joins the old tiled roof. This has now been repaired by WMB.

He never once entered the property without first asking permission. I'm very happy with the brickwork on the outside as it turned out to be much better than I originally envisaged, the opening looks as though it has always been there.

9.5Verified ReviewJordan come round promptly, and went through some different types of handrails we could put in and explained the ways they would be fixed. We went for wood posts and hand rails stained. They were able to do the job quickly ; fixing some poor fitting tiles and sealing around the steps; coming back to top up the wood stain. Jordan and Chris were friendly souls, who just needed tea to fortify them !
