Oil boiler replacement

Jon and his engineer were excellent from the quote to the tidying-up. Friendly, professional, explained all the issues, extremely hard working. Replaced the old oil boiler, installed a sealed system and replaced several radiators in record time. Superb job, would highly recommend.

Jon and his team were very professional, friendly ,punctual and polite . My parents are quiet elderly and one suffering dementia. Jon and his team were very considerate and understanding with us moving around the house whilst they continued to work around us . The house was spotless when they finished and great workmanship.We would defiantly recommend this company to friends and family ,10 out of 10 Thank you

Fixing broken boiler during cold snap.

I was recovering from pneumonia when my boiler completely packed up in a cold snap. I called Jon at West Sussex Heating and despite being heavily booked up in the cold weather, he nevertheless came round within four hours. He quickly diagnosed that a new printed circuit board was needed and in just 24 hours squeezed me in between appointments again and fixed it in 20 minutes. Jon was extremely courteous and very professional and the final bill was far lower than I expected. I really can’t recommend WSH heating enough - a superb company with real ‘old school’ customer service at its core.

New boiler fitted

My old boiler packed up and I needed a new boiler fitted before guests arrived at Christmas. Jon and the team bent over backwards to make it happen. Very good job, left it all immaculate. Jon also fixed another boiler that 3 other technicians had failed to do. Very good service.
