9.75Verified ReviewWestflow provided quotes for a new boiler and some radiators following a visit and good conversation about our needs. Talked through various options for thermostatic control. We just went with the boiler installation because expecting to do some refurb which meant not the right for new radiators. Barnaby arrived on time to do the installation and cracked with removing the old boiler. Was later joined by Joe to complete the installation. Both were polite, kept disruption to a minimum and cleaned up following the installation. Wouldn't hesitate to have Westflow back to fit the radiators.

This required two visits, initially adding cleaner and subsequently draining the system and servicing the boiler. The job was professional with informative discussions with Barnaby, comprehensive email/SMS information prior to the appointments and timely arrivals. The work was done efficiently with everything left clean and tidy. I have now used Westflow's services several times and can recommend them.

Tiles were removed extremely well around the old shower unit, enabling these tiles to be re-used. Everything was left clean and tidy. Very pleased with finished job.
