  We had a garage converted to a WC and new room. Willtech's quote was 10% better than our other quote, which was a positive because we had more confidence in Willtech. The conversion was for my 92 year old mother. At all times, the builders were respectful, courteous and polite. The work was completed within budget and in less timescale than was estimated. I have no disappointments to report, all went according to plan. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, and I will use them again if I need any work.

  Very professional company with very experienced people. They turned up when they said they would and did what they said they would. Good attention to detail and nice people to have about the house. From start to finish, there was never a time when we worried about how it was going or how it would turn out.Fairly priced,they also passed on savings when some were found which was much appreciated.

• Bathroom fit outs and full decoration

  Having used Willtech for 2 previous big jobs, we had no hesitation in asking them to do a third. Full fitting of 3 bathrooms, renovating our loft (stripping, cladding, boarding and lighting) and the full renovation of upstairs including resizing doors, new skirting and architraves, lighting and full decoration. All superb!

• Front extension

  This is the 2nd time we have used Andy and the Willtech team. Building a 2 story front extension, the team worked and delivered above and beyond expectations. The end result was better than the plans. The team, who we have got to know are skilled, tidy and pretty much became part of the family. Highly recommended.

  I found Andy and his team, Steve, Shane and Rob, completely satisfactory. I was impressed by the detailed quotation that broke down the work and differing costs. I found the men to be approachable, able and willing to answer any queries that I had as the work progressed. They were punctual, reliable and polite. Neighbours have remarked on their friendliness and clean manner of working. I would without hesitation recommend Willtech as a firm with which to do business.

• Rear single storey extension

  We really had a very pleasant experience with Willtech building our extension. Andy and Steve were friendly and communicative throughout. Any problems encountered during the work (relating to our existing house construction mainly) were always presented to us along with a couple of solutions, which made the experience a lot less stressful. I would recommend Willtech and would use them again should the need arise.
