  5-star service from a self-owned small AirCon business. Tom has installed AC (units for cooling and heating) in several rooms of the house over time and services them. His work has been faultless from start to finish. He is personable, professional, punctual and trustworthy. He explained or broke down aspects of the quote and work clearly. Installation showed attention to detail and he leaves no trace of his presence other than the functional unit. He provides excellent follow-up care. We have recommended, and will continue to recommend him widely.
