• Creating a large orangery

  Windsor Windows were excellent throughout. The quality of workmanship was high. In a way the measure of an excellent company is not what happens when things go to plan, but when things don't. We found that the foundations had to go deeper than planned, that extra internal waterproofing was required and there were challenges with the sealing. Windsor Windows adapted and came back to do extra work after completion without quibbling. The team are all friendly and helpful, I can strongly recommend them.

• A Highly Professional Job!

  We had been putting off this project for some years given concerns about damage to the property eg bay window, hanging tiles, impact on the garden. We were very relieved at the way in which Lee, Lee, Pete and Mike installed the new units. Very professional and tidy. Communications with the office (Mollie and Stuart) were very responsive. The odd mis-measurement occurred but these were rectified promptly without question. A big plus point. I would recommend them and will use them to replace a series of old 2000 era double-glazed windows when the time arises!

  Work was carried out efficiently and effectively. Men were clearly very skilled and personable. Communciation good during the job. Also very responsive to resolve snagging which I feel is very important. The only significant issue was that one door had the wrong glass, which they readily accepted and replaced as soon as possible.
