Complete kitchen
I can only find good things to say about Chris and his company Woodlea Property Services! We had a large piece of work to be done - a complete refit of our kitchen, so it was important that whoever undertook the job was someone who was professional, tidy and most importantly (with a toddler) on schedule and budget. Chris's attention to detail is astounding, and his knowledge and advice were invaluable. He was always happy to answer our queries about any aspect of the job, and the individual tradesmen he employed to carry out other apsects of the work (such as the plastering and the floor) were of an equally high standard. We barely knew he was there much of the time, and within a week we were able to use some aspects of the kitchen again (also brilliant with a toddler!). The kitchen looked even better than I had imagined it, and I could not be happier! He was clean, tidy, on budget and a pleasure to have in the house - my toddler son was enthralled with him!

Remove old Kitchen -Install a new one
Chris worked from 25 Jan til the 6 Feb doing the kitchen. Considering the challenges that were experienced due to it being an old house (all out of square), he did an 'amazing' job. Fastidious, neat, careful, a more hast less speed attitude , which is the best to have. Well mannered, a pleasure to have working in your house. We cannot recommend them highly enough, truly, get them to install your kitchen for you.

Installation of new bathroom suite including wall and floor tiles
Chris totally transformed my bathroom and exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail especially with the ceramic brickwork tiles I chose was great to see and with excellent results. Overall very tidy, punctual and extremely hard worker with very limited stopping throughout the day.

Remove and Replace existing Shower Unit, Repair leak damage to ceiling
Very happy with the completed job. Having used Chris before to replace a shower unit we knew we were able to rely on him to complete the job to an excellent standard. We were not disappointed. Thoroughly recommended especially if you need different skills to complete a job - Chris happily arranges other workmen to cover specialist skills outside his own. Chris take great pride in his work and makes sure that the finish is show room standard.
