    Very happy to have chosen this company. Quotation was very competitive and very detailed. They covered every detail from the first phone call to the end result. Communication was great, The office staff and Kat were amazing to deal with, they kept me up to date completely in the process of a very big job. All the questions that I had were answered promptly and in depth, the work was started on the exact day that it was booked in for, the lads came for 8:30 which was my given start time, they were very clean as good as can be given the sheer amount of dust and rubble,all mopped up and hoovered

    I had recently purchased a property which had damp issue ,so instructed my management team to source one. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY Caused damage to property, passed responsibility to 3rd party who we were not in contract with. I had to flag the damage and had to chase updates as got no response.

    Company identified rising damp on internal North- facing living room wall. Needed to remove contaminated plaster from floor up to 1.25m plus all old skirting board - approx. 7m in length. Had to strip off old wallpaper using steam. Lots of dust/steam , not much covering on carpet ! Drilled lower exposed wall close to floor - filled and wall painted with water- resistant paint (?) full length of exposed wall to height of approx.30cm. New plaster boards fitted and whole wall to ceiling height skimmed. Outside wall drilled at damp course level every approx. 25cm, filled with silicon and capped.
