Pipe under toilet tank small leak

8Verified ReviewHomefix came out promptly, identified the problem and fixed it with minimal fuss. Mildly disconcerted by their demand to be paid for the job after the assessment but before the plumber returned with the parts. Implied that he would not return if we didn’t pay straight away. But the job needed doing and we were not in a position to argue. So on balance Homefix were OK… providing the job lasts.

4Verified ReviewI had booked the appointment a week in advanced. And was called when my appointment slot started cancelling. As this was late on a Saturday I had no way to get any other person and had to wait more days to get gas in my house as it was cancelled so late. Was very disappointed, I understand some things are out of the operators control but it was disappointing to be told so late.

3.25Verified ReviewAwful service I phoned up and spoke to a lady explaining what the fault was, engineer came out looked at the leaking union and said he couldn't do anything as he didn't have any parts and left. £120 plus VAT for nothing.
