  I contacted Peter, he was kind and courteous,asked relevant questions and initiated an immediate response as the issue was no hot water. He arrived at the indicated time. He clearly explained the issue and what would be involved to rectify with a cost breakdown. The quality of work is excellent and he left the place clean and tidy.

  The existing heaters in our property were not adequate for the size of the rooms. Peter provided advice and quoted reasonably for replacing these with new heaters. The work was undertaken on the agreed date. We are very pleased with the outcome and can fully recommend Peter. We will certainly contact him if we have any further requirements for electrical work.

  We had a bad situation on winter Saturday! Entire power of our apartment went off . There was no help available from letting agency or Property manager But 102 Ltd from Southampton, not only offered timely assistance but did excellent job of identifying the root cause and with a quick repair and replacement of required parts. Within 15 minutes the issue was addressed. I highly recommend them for any job which require expertise and value based service
