    Good, fast service. However the price was a complete rip-off - my fault I should have known better! I had a component replaced on my satellite dish (an LNB). This would have cost less than £50 to buy and it took 45minutes from arrival to leaving. They charged £350!

    I contacted Checkatrade at 16.00 yesterday and was contacted by Jeff within 30 minutes. He arranged to come round today to look at the problem. He diagnosed the problem immediately and offered to fit a new dish there and then. Within 45 minutes the job was complete and bingo the TV reception is now perfect. Great job, everything explained in detail and all carried out with good humour, efficiency and cleanliness. Many thanks.
