    We would highly recommend this business, Sean responded quickly to our issue. He was punctual, diligent and very professional. The labour cost to complete this job was given up front, no hourly rate or hidden extras. The job was completed quickly and to a very high standard, We are 100% happy with the work completed and the customer service that we have received throughout.     I called Sean as I had a broken window lock which would not open. I could not open the window to replace the lock either. He managed to open the window, replace the mechanism and the lock handle with no visible mark of his work. Great work and for less than the agreed price as the job went so well. Very pleasant to talk to.

    I needed to get a window repaired in a let property. Shaun responded quickly to my request and liaised with my tenants to agree a suitable time to see what was wrong. He then supplied me a quote which I was happy to accept and he then arranged with my tenant a suitable time to carry out the necessary repair. He supplied me with photos and videos from both visits. He was very prompt and reliable.
