I contacted Rob in an emergency. My electricity had stopped working, except for the lights. No appliances working. No heating . No hot water. Rob replied to my call almost immediately. He was polite and professional while I panicked at the problem I was in . Rob calmly took me through steps to rectify the issue and to get me up and running quickly. Thank you so much.
